The Role: As the Interior Design Intern at The Makeover Guys, you will support the team in creating functional and visually appealing interiors while gaining hands-on exposure to real design projects, furniture styling, and merchandising initiatives. You will also assist in leveraging tools like Coohom to improve design workflow efficiency and visual presentation quality._ What You’ll Do:
- Assist in developing 3D renderings and visual presentations for interior design projects
- Participate in and support space planning, moodboard creation, interior styling direction, material selection, and preparation of visual references for internal discussions and client proposals
- Assist in curating and selecting furniture, lighting, décor, and fittings that align with different project themes and budgets
- Support the commercialisation and merchandising team by updating and maintaining internal catalogue systems with accurate product information, specifications, pricing, dimensions, and visuals
- Assist with ad-hoc creative and operational tasks depending on ongoing projects and business needs
; JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Have a background in or basic knowledge of Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field
- Have a good eye for design, styling, colours, materials, and spatial aesthetics
- Familiar with 3D modelling/rendering software such as SketchUp, Coohom, Kujiale, or other relevant tools
- Interested in both creative exploration and hands-on execution
- Comfortable handling administrative tasks that require attention to detail
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
