Job Description

1. Ensure Project Commitments: Maintain focus on meeting project deadlines and effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.
2. Project Definition and Structuring: Define project objectives, structure tasks, and allocate resources to achieve goals related to delivery time, quality, cost, and customer satisfaction.
3. Facilitate Project Planning: Assist in outlining project missions, setting goals, and determining necessary tasks and resources.
4. Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve conflicts that arise between projects or within functional areas.
5. Monitor Progress: Develop and implement methods to track project progress and performance.
6. Corrective Action: Provide guidance and corrective measures when project issues arise.
7. Additional Responsibilities: Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

The Successful Applicant

1. Educational Background: Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering.
2. Team Collaboration and Communication: Strong skills in working effectively with teams and clear communication abilities.
3. Project Management Experience: Proven experience in managing projects.
4. Software Proficiency: Skilled in using MS Office and MS Project.
5. Project Organisation: Ability to organise and manage projects within set deadlines.
6. Quality Management Knowledge: Familiarity with quality management systems.
7. Language Skills: Fluent in both verbal and written English. Mandarin is an added advantage.
