Job Responsibility
- Monitor customer service standard, ensure complaints are solved instantly, and customers are happy.
- Manage a fleet of in house drivers, plan delivery routes, and ensure the daily delivery are on time & run smoothly.
- Liaise with marketplace, partners, and corporate clients on order fulfillment and delivery matters.
- Ensure all customer's orders are printed, prepared, and fulfilled.
- We are expanding our team and now hiring multiple customer service & logistics position. We pay Manager level RM3,500-RM4,00, Supervisor RM3,000-RM3,500, Senior RM2,500-RM3,000, and Junior RM2,500-RM2,000. - At least 1 year of working experience in customer service or logistics related job scope is required.
- Working hours is 8am-6pm, 6 days work per week, close on all major public holiday.
