• Deliver responsive post-sales technical support for Keysight's Instrument Control and Automation Software Portfolio to customer-facing Keysight field and support teams at the Tier 3 (Deep Support) level, meeting stated Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Research and resolve issues by replicating customer problems in the lab and troubleshooting end-to-end system behaviour across hardware, software, and user workflows.
• Track support requests via assigned CRM tools and close the loop with requestors
• Manage Customer Interaction Reports (CIRs), as assigned by the Quality and Operations team
• Troubleshoot defects reported by Keysight persons and customers, write up defect reports and assign via appropriate methods to R&D
• Report enhancement requests for new features via appropriate methods to Product Mgmt and Planning team
• Identify gaps between customer expectations and current software capabilities, provide workarounds and recommendations
• Develop and deliver product technical training as needed to Keysight field and support teams
• Deliver customer-facing remote support or demonstrations when escalated by Keysight field or support teams
• Work in an international team and support multi-national Keysight teams and customers
• Coordinate with Product Mgmt and R&D teams to keep up-to-date on new products and product updates
• Coordinate with Product Mgmt to correct licensing setup issues in the product or Keysight's licensing platform
• Understand industry trends and continuously acquire appropriate technical knowledge related to these trends

• Bachelors/Master/Dr. Degree in Electrical, Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Typically, 8+ years of experience in using Test & Measurement instrumentation/software
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with a wide variety of people. And be able to discuss and explain complex issues remotely.
• Possess a customer-first mindset with the passion to serve customers.
• Requires in-depth technical knowledge and experience in job and ability to work independently.
• Be able to handle multi-task and work under pressure.
