Job Description

The Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in expanding our B2B distribution channels, building relationships with retail partners, and driving the company’s revenue growth. Our ideal candidate is a fast learner, has great expectations of him/herself, and is highly motivated to achieve sales targets.

The key responsibilities of Sales Executive include:

Account Management and Development

  1. Managing and nurturing business relationships with key retailers.
  2. Collaborating with retail partners to expand outlet listings and reach.

Lead Generation

  1. Prospecting new business opportunities with new retailers within the same channel.
  2. Expanding potential new channels by actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Retail Marketing Initiatives

  1. Collaborating with retail partners to develop promotional strategies to increase sales.
  2. Working closely with the team to communicate promotional efforts through online and offline platforms.
  3. Visiting retail outlets on a regular basis to ensure sufficient stock replenishment.
  4. Monitoring and analyzing sales performance of each account.
  5. Monitoring and analyzing each promotional strategy with retailers.
  6. Providing sales reports with insights, learnings, and recommendations.

Trade Shows

  1. It is compulsory to participate in all company’s trade shows within Kuala Lumpur and Johor. Additional remuneration and incentives will be provided.

Job Requirements

Job requirements:

  1. Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or any business-related field.
  2. At least 2 years of relevant experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development (Experience in the retail scene is a bonus).
  3. A proven history of successful lead generation, sales achievements, and fostering successful business partnerships.
  4. Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  5. Strong communicator and problem solver.
  6. Strong English literacy (Fluent in Mandarin / Bahasa speaking is a bonus).
  7. Owns and drives to work and travel for sales.
