Job Responsibility Warehouse:Â
- Manage Rental Warehouse Storage, Return, Re-Packing, and Repair Daily Operations.
- Maintain Receiving, Warehousing, and Distribution Operations by Initiating, Coordinating, and Enforcing Programs, Operational, and Personnel Policies and Procedures.
- Safeguard Warehouse Operations and Contents by Establishing and Monitoring Security Procedures and Protocols.
- Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling them with the system.
- Monitor system data updates on stock in/out and ensure accuracy in return and re-packing condition status updates.
- Maintain warehouse layout, product storage, and the physical condition.
- Ensure the forklift is in good condition by conducting daily checks and scheduling maintenance and servicing as needed.
- Maintain the warehouse weighing bridge in good condition and ensure its weight accuracy.
- Maintain daily lorry delivery and receiving operations by monitoring the quantity received and ensuring accurate documentation.
- Ensure proper documentation and take photos after lorry loading/unloading and keep them as records.
- Manage driver, lorry maintenance, Puspakom, road tax, and the arrangement for lorry deliveries.
- Manage Sabah/Sarawak container booking, loading, and maximize container space utilization.
- Manage incoming container arrangements, container unloading, and avoid detention, over-delivery, and demurrage charges.
- Bachelor's Degree in a Logistics & Warehouse relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of logistics and inventory management systems.
- Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- The ability to communicate in multiple dialects will be an added advantage.
