Administrative Officer (1 Year Contract)

Roles and Responsibilities:
Involve on the below tasks of A.Health Maximiser and Group Voluntary Scheme (GVS) Conventional and Takaful] to ensure delivery of customer service promises
New Business
- Data entry of application forms
- Follow up on the incomplete forms
- Manual deduction of credit /debit card for New Business
- Prepare follow up letters on failed deduction
- Issuance of Policy Contract
- Prepare closed letters for non take up cases
- Mailing letters and policy documents
- Scanning documents
- AML Screening for NB cases
- Prepare listing for vendor to capture image of application forms, payment advices, client's instruction etc
Renewal and Policy Servicing
- Update policy changes in system
- Match renewal payments and cashiering
- Send out premium notices.
- Printing and mailing letters
- Task registrations (incoming mail)
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Degree holder or STPM/Diploma with minimum 2 to 3 years in working experience.
- Ability to identify and solve operational problems or issues
- Intermediate level of Microsoft office.
- Good communication skills at all levels
