Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and environmental standards,
working to minimize safety incidents and environmental impact.
• Supervise and motivate a team of professionals, including operators,
technicians, and support staff.
• Provide coaching and support for team members, fostering their growth and
development.
• Collaborate with Human Resources for recruitment and performance
management.
• Develop and manage the plant's budget, controlling costs and resource
allocation.
• Identify opportunities for cost-saving measures while maintaining
operational excellence.
• Monitor and maintain product quality standards, implementing quality
control measures to ensure the highest quality gases and products are produced.
• Identify and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and
operational performance.
• Embrace innovation and new technologies to optimize plant operations.
• Promote and implement sustainability initiatives in line with the company's
environmental objectives.
• Work towards emissions reduction and energy efficiency in plant operations.
• Maintain accurate records of plant operations, including production data,
safety reports, and maintenance records.
• Generate regular reports to monitor key performance indicators and plant
performance.
Requirement:
• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering.
• Proven experience in plant management, preferably in an industrial
chemical/gas environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Extensive knowledge of safety regulations, environmental standards, and
quality control.
• Budget management and cost control experience.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
