Job Description:

1. Responsibilities:
1. Maintain & troubleshoot any technical problem in production line
2. To improve production efficiency by planning and analyze process performance, workflow, capacity, space requirements and equipment layout.
3. Handles & follow up on product ECN/DN
4. Handles product from other site to Malaysia in the areas of detailed parts drawing, assembly drawing and preparation of Bill of materials and etc.
5. Carry out any other responsibilities as and when assigned by Superior/Management
6. To train and supervise production operators in performing their daily work tasks to achieve target
7. To ensure all production activities and process comply with ISO standards and mandatory regulations
8. To maintain good housekeeping, safety and hygiene practices
9. To ensure sufficient stock of spare parts for smooth operation and continuous running to meet customer delivery
10. To be responsible for capacity, productivity and quality control of any products from the production line
11. To evaluate processes by designing and conducting research programs, applying knowledge of fabrication, assembly, tooling and materials, conferring with the requirements from vendors
12. To plan manpower efficiently to achieve labor efficiency and productivity
13. To ensure production
2. Authorities
1. Stop machine when there is a quality issue.
2. Work with vendor on equipment and fabrication.
3. Review and change process flow & procedures.
4. Conduct interview for technician position.

Requirement:

• Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Skills: Familiar with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word).
• Work Experience: At least 2 years of working experience in the related field (fresh graduates are welcomed to apply)

Other Job Requirement:

1. Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
2. Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
3. Familiar in using CAD software
4. Responsible, reliable, creative, innovative, strong team player, dedicated and committed, analytical, possess strong leadership qualities

Other Language: Mandarin, English
