Role Summary: As Myra’s Culture Intern (Recruitment) , you will be supporting the recruitment and cultural initiatives within the company. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring activities.
- Contribute to building and promoting the employer brand through social media, job boards, and other recruitment channels.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing orientation materials, coordinating orientation sessions, and assisting with paperwork.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and assist in generating recruitment-related reports.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with candidates and team members.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and learn quickly.
- Collaborative mindset, willing to work closely with other departments.
