• Understand and follow the Employee Act 1955 & liaise with government, such as JTK, JKKP and Immigration
• Manage all matters related to foreign workers including renewal passport.
• Advertise job vacancy in Job street, Indeed, My future job and any website.
• Calling shortlisted candidates, interview & recruit for candidates.
• Provide orientation training to new employees.
• Carry out training need analysis and prepare annual training plan.
• Prepare and manage external training for employees including safety training
• Update employee training record & training plan.
• Evaluate employee performance yearly, during confirmation, increment and promotion.
• Preparation of letter of employment, confirmation, warning, termination letter and any memorandum.
• Keep track of employee’s record including AL, EL, UPL, MC, Time Off and Absenteeism and OT calculation
• Manage, organize, and update relevant data using attendance management system.
• Update medical employee record in Health Metric website & print monthly invoice for payment.
• To act on any other responsibilities and duties as may be directed from time to time.
