Job Responsibility
- Video Editing: Capturing and editing long-form and short-form videos showcasing properties using software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Capcut, or similar programs.
- Graphic Design: Creating basic graphics using Canva for social media posts and marketing materials.
- Social Media Management: Assisting with managing our social media presence by developing creative content and scheduling posts.
- Additional Opportunities: We encourage the intern to contribute their ideas and learn more about the real estate industry, including sales and marketing skills.
- Cap cut, premiere pro or any video editing software is a MUST skill
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva is good enough)
- Proficiency in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Capcut, or similar programs
- Strong creativity and a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- We don't need a very professional skill or great graphic effect or movie effect, just simple editing skill is good enough, slightly flexibly working hour to help you avoid / getting stuck in traffic congestion, as long as job can be done early, you don't have to stay until 4pm or 5pm
