Job Responsibility
- Perform additional duties as assigned by your superior.
- Attend to daily service needs and walk in inquiries, ensuring the highest level of response and attention.
- Promote service and parts sales
- Handle Customer Complaints with efficiency, aiming for higher customer satisfaction levels.
- Coordinate with Job Controller/Foreman on work progress status and inform any delay to customer accordingly.
- Work Independently to prepare repair cost estimates, follow up on work progress, and provides updates to customer.
- Monitor and follow up on spare parts back orders to ensure timely resolution.
- Proficiency in English & Mandarin is preferred
- PMR, SPM, Diploma in Automotive/Mechanical Business/ Management or equivalent.
- Excellent hands-on skills with eye for details
- Ability to work independently.
- Positive attitude and responsible character.
- Pleasant personality with focus on excellence in customer service.
- Minimum 3 to 7 years working in automotive-related or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 year experience in maintenance and services of heavy-duty vehicle and automotive.
- Ability to use the diagnostic equipment.
- Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties.
- Recommending appropriate repair treatment or replacement of tires. (Added advantage)
- Balancing tires and completing wheel alignment procedures. (Added Advantage)
