- Oversee daily operations to ensure the smooth functioning of payment gateways, transaction processing, and risk management.
- Optimize operational workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and service delivery to clients.
- Identify and drive new business opportunities by expanding the company’s footprint in existing and new markets.
- Develop and execute a strategic business plan to increase the client base, including merchants, financial institutions, and other partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.
- Develop pricing models, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies for new payment products and services.
- Act as a strategic leader, aligning business goals with operational capabilities to ensure long-term success.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations and business development team.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial performance to ensure the company is meeting growth and operational targets.
; JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a leadership role, with a focus on operations, business development, or sales, preferably within the payment gateway, fintech, or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of payment gateway systems, transaction processing, and payment industry regulations.
- Proven track record in driving business growth and managing complex operations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
