Job Description

1. Supervise automotive mechanics in maintaining, servicing, and repairing vehicles and/or internal combustion equipment.
2. Support in managing and operating the garage per instructions.
3. Report automotive repair-related concerns to the supervisor.
4. Aid in procuring repair parts/supplies and managing essential catalogs/records.
5. Guide garage staff on repair and service-related challenges.
6. Execute skilled automotive mechanic tasks using established procedures.
7. Collaborate with the supervisor to enforce vehicle maintenance protocols.
8. Help with assigned snow/ice removal tasks.
9. Provide training and supervision for staff as needed.

Job Requirements

• Must have a valid D-class driving license
• Exhibit 3-5 years of automotive experience, including 2 years in a managerial role
• Age requirements: 25-40 years
• Able to work autonomously under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities
• Demonstrates strong leadership skills
