About our Client:
We are representing our client a premier solid wood furniture manufacturer to search for a qualified candidate to fill the role of Factory Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the production process and supervise the workers
- Decide what resources are required
- Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed
- Monitor product standards and implement quality-control programs
- Work with management team to implement the company's policies and goals
- Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed
- Review worker performance
Job Requirements:
- Min SPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
- Min 5 year(s) of working experience in manufacturing industry preferably in wood / furniture related products
- Must be fluent in Mandarin (to deal with Mandarin speaking clients/partners), Bahasa Malaysia and English both written and spoken
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
- Outstation applicants that willing to relocate are encourage to apply
Job Details :
- Permanent employment
- Working days / hours : Mon - Fri : 8am - 5.45pm
