Job Responsibility Principal Accountabilities Misc Stock Management
- Liaise with supplier/material sourcing & comparison (quality & price)
- Ensure miscellaneous stock is sufficient for daily operations
- Take care of stocks level/stock count/planning & forecasting to provide consistent support to centers
- Conduct monthly stock take
- Raise PO and perform GR
- Raise payment upon GR
- Process centre daily stock ordering and liaise with logistic department for SO on line process.
- Coordinating all matters pertaining to Centre Stock Deliver -
- Stock ordering for New Centre opening and arranging stock allocation for new SKU and also promotional product/special allocation.
- Coordinating all matters pertaining to Inventory in system.
- Generate all reports relevant to stocks matter for analysis and review purpose.
- Backup Jacklynâs on all others brand inventory matters
- Inventory management at Mecom, Jetplus and spotify
- Customer ordering support
- All promotion setting and testing
- Customer services administration
- Generate all reports relevant to sales for analysis and review purpose
- Backup Rachelâs on all Softcube promo setting
- To monitor and manage SMS clik text account by every centre (top up and control)
- Process and manage centre name card ordering.
- Monthly & quarterly form requisition
- New centre opening support
- Centre cleaner salary processing
- Laundry service sourcing & price comparison
- To monitor & to ensure appointed service provider is able to provide promising service
- Able to work independently and work with the team
- Able to converse in English & Mandarin
- Possesses own transport & willing to travel
- 1-2 years experience in retail operations or relevant industry preferable
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Secondary Education or relevant job experience in any retail inventory
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
