Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for the overall achievement of revenue target and P&L
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintain a productive, cost-effective, safe and legal workplace.
  • Drive the implementation and ensure compliance of all quality, safety and operational procedures in the business.
  • Oversee operation, quality control, supply chain and act as facilitator across the various functions.
  • Provide leadership to a team of staff and develop their strengths, skills and knowledge effectively.

Job Requirements

Skills and Experience

  • Degree in related field
  • Minimum 10 years of working experience in food industry
  • Good technical knowledge of food manufacturing operations
  • Demonstrated financial acumen including planning and cost control capabilities.
  • Experienced in supply chain, demand & forecast planning.
  • Strong people management skills
  • Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with mandarin speaking customers and business associates)
