SUPERMARKET MANAGER

Job Descriptions:

1. Assist in developing short term and long term plan to maximize sales and gross profit in store.
2. Monitor labor cost percentage.
3. Ensure all controllable expenses are held to a minimum.
4. Confirm Store and Wholesale pricing.
5. Proactively react to seasonal trends and propose necessary actions to be taken.
6. Develop Short & Long Term Business Plan for sales development as instructed by the superior and control its progress based on the Business Plan.
7. Monitor all stores' debtors' payments and new applications.

Job Requirements:

• Required knowledge to manage retail and department store with minimal guidance.
• Able to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Able to accept suggestions and constructive criticism.
• Consistently fulfill all job responsibilities and able to inspire staff or colleagues to a good extent as a role model.
• Possess teamwork, time management, analytical, and observation skills.
• Seek candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Computer literacy such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
• 5 years and above in any related job experiences.

Academy Requirements:

• Degree or higher in Business studies or any related fields.
