Job Description:

1. Handle civil litigation matters;
2. Provide legal advice and legal opinions to clients;
3. Attend court matters including case managements, execution proceedings, hearings, and trials;
4. Conduct analytical research;
5. Draft cause papers and submissions;
6. Attend to clients and other legal works assigned by the Firm from time to time;
7. Review and draft various commercial contracts;
8. Provide legal assistance in property and contractual disputes.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B) with valid practising certificate;
2. 2-5 years of experience in dispute resolution / civil litigation;
3. Able to work with minimum supervision and a team player;
4. Willing to travel at any time (inter-state, outstation, meetings) and able to work long hours;
5. Responsible, reliable, committed, and positive working attitude;
6. Interest in corporate will be an added advantage;
7. Good communication skills, proficient in both written and spoken English and Malay Language;
8. Self-motivated, meticulous, and have an analytical mind;
9. Able to multi-task and work under pressure within tight deadlines.
