Job Responsibility
- To oversee stores and responsible for the district performance to meet district KPIs and operationalà standards.
- Providing support and guidance to all Managers and crew on operations strategies to improve performance.
- Recruiting and managing the staff.
- Perform hands-on operations work and handle the administrative responsibilities
- Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop appropriate mitigation and contingency plans.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging knowledge related to Food & Beverage industry and projectà management.
- Handles ad hoc tasks
- Can speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building strong relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
- Energetic and Can-do attitude
- Travelling required
- Near to public transport (LRT) 10 minute walk from LRT Muhibbah.
