Marketing and Social Media Intern Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Create and schedule content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Threads.
- Develop content ideas, captions, and campaign concepts aligned with the company’s branding.
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to inquiries when required.
- Assist in creating marketing materials such as posters, brochures, presentations, and promotional content.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support the organization and coordination of marketing events, promotions, and product launches.
- Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports on reach, engagement, and lead generation.
- Assist in maintaining and updating the company website and digital platforms.
- Perform other marketing and administrative duties as assigned.
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Multimedia, or related fields.
- Strong interest in digital marketing and social media management.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is an advantage.
- Creative, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Hands-on experience in campaign planning and execution.
- Exposure to branding, content marketing, and digital advertising.
- Experience in social media strategy and analytics.
- Opportunity to contribute ideas and lead small marketing projects.
