Category Promotions and Advertising Closing Date 8 May 2024 Working across the total George Brand design remit you will be the brand guardian for all fashion design outputs across all channels. Working cross-functionally across the creative services team and closely with the Design Co-Ordinator you will ensure all design output adheres to our brand guidelines. - Responsible for omni channel design vision and guidelines across all fashion remits
- Brief design projects and oversee execution
- Work collaboratively with Asda design studio on Event and seasonal led design, to drive consistency and efficiencies
- Responsible for of weekly design WIP and critical paths of design projects
- Accountable for supporting tactical promotions; ensuring design creative is consistent across all channels
- Support web design co-ordinator on BAU online design, providing clear direction and ensuring all outputs are to guidelines
- Central contact to all external creative agencies in regard to design
- Attend weekly agency WIPS
- Working collaboratively with content team to deliver consistent brand identity TTL
- Manage and develop design advocate
- You'' have experience of working in a design or project management role, ideally in fashion or Home
- Wider marketing knowledge is preferable – especially around acquisition and retention
- An active interest in the fashion or home market
- Experience of working on in store artwork and web design is preferred
- Experience of working on or with brand guidelines is preferred
- A great eye for detail
- An interest in the design field across the fashion industry
- Team player that is confident managing and taking control of projects individually
- Experience of working with/ in managing external agencies is preferred
- Strong communication skills and a confident presenter
- Confident working in a fast-paced environment, and able to prioritise and multi-task
- Extremely agile and open to change
