- Menyediakan dan menghidangkan minuman (teh, kopi, dan air) kepada pengurusan dan tetamu.
- Membantu menyediakan minuman dan makanan ringan untuk mesyuarat, persidangan, atau acara pejabat.
- Membasuh dan menyusun semula cawan, pinggan mangkuk, dan peralatan dapur selepas digunakan.
- Memastikan pantri sentiasa bersih, kemas, dan bekalan seperti gula, kopi, dan teh mencukupi.
- Menyapu, mengemop, dan mengelap lantai di kawasan pejabat, ruang rehat, dan bilik mesyuarat.
- Mengelap meja, kerusi, dan perabot pejabat daripada habuk.
- Mengosongkan tong sampah dan memastikan pembuangan sampah dilakukan dengan betul setiap hari.
- Mencuci dan membersihkan tandas, singki, dan cermin bagi memastikan standard kebersihan yang tinggi.
- Memantau dan membuat senarai semak barangan pantri dan bahan pencuci yang perlu ditambah.
- Melaporkan sebarang kerosakan (paip bocor, lampu rosak) kepada pihak pentadbiran (admin)
