Job Description POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY
- Assisted Segment Project Manager plays a vital role in elevating experience through comfort and convenient of facilities and services such as availability of wheelchairs, babystrolers, calm room and others. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and dedication to enhance the quality of facilities and services provided to this group segments
- Responsible to lead and drive the overall success of Assisted projects such as availability of wheelchairs, babystrolers, calm room and others
- Define the scope of work, timeline, and budget for each projects and ensure alignment with TIME26++ objectives
- Drive and closely collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements through desirability, feasibility and viability study anchoring to Design Guidelines and ---Passenger Journey Design
- Drive end to end procurement process from Employees Requirement submission until Project Commencement & Execution
- Closely collaborate with internal stakeholders (MA (S), Procurement, Engineering) to ensure seamless execution of the project until completion
- Closely monitor the project's progress, identifying potential risks and issues, and taking corrective action to ensure the project stays on track
- Track and monitor for impact assessment and continuously improve the project by fixing any gaps that will impact on passenger experience
- Compile and documented all Assisted Pax project documentation and conduct project hand-over to MA(S)
- Influencing top management and board members.
- Influencing sponsors, champions and project owners.
- Influencing stakeholders to adopt new changes.

- Degree with a minimum of 7 years relevant experience in Lean or Lean Six Sigma
- Degree in any technical or business discipline (Business Administration, Project Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field. )
