Detailed Description

Perform tasks such as, but not limited to, the following: The incumbent will work as part of manufacturing team and perform Industrial Engineering work in time study, line balancing, layout and optimization improvement. Study the overall line capacity, optimize manpower requirement and equipment needed for line. Able to manage and lead improvement project related to IE topic and lean activity. Participate in NPI and support IE related topic until mass production. Perform any other relevant and related responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time as required by superior.

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Engineering or related fields. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Demonstrated ability to solve problems with innovative and cost-effective solutions. Proven record of successful project implementation and leading improvement activities. Experience in AutoCAD, SAP is preferred. Ability to prioritize multiple projects. Applicants must be willing to work in Senai, Johor.
