Job Responsibility
- Coordinate end-to-end order processing, from preparation to delivery, ensuring timely fulfilment, smooth operations, and high customer satisfaction through effective communication and exceptional service standards.
- Familiarize yourself with all product information to effectively assist customers and ensure accurate order processing.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity across all departments.
- Lead and manage operations staff, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure high performance and morale.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
- Oversee inventory management processes, including stock levels, replenishment, and accuracy to minimize stock outs and excess inventory.
- Develop and manage operational budgets, monitoring expenses, and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Minimum 4 years of working experience in the F&B industry, demonstrating expertise in operations management.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or other relevant software applications.
- Strong leadership and management skills, demonstrated by the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- 5 days and 6 days every alternate week.
