ðŸ'¹ Develop and implement maintenance procedures to ensure optimal performance.
ðŸ'¹ Coordinate and supervise team activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
ðŸ'¹ Liaise with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and other departments to communicate project requirements, progress, and issues.
ðŸ'¹ Develop project scopes, specifications, schedules, and budgets.
ðŸ'¹ Review and approve design drawings, calculations, and documents; procure and manage equipment, materials, and services.
ðŸ'¹ Conduct site inspections, audits, and tests; troubleshoot technical problems; provide technical guidance and training to staff and contractors; prepare reports and proposals; implement policies, procedures, and regulations. Requirements:
ðŸ'¹ Proven experience as an electrical and instrumentation manager or another managerial role.
ðŸ'¹ Strong background in electrical and instrumentation engineering, coupled with managerial and leadership skills.
ðŸ'¹ Knowledge of principles, standards, codes, and practices related to electrical and instrumentation engineering.
ðŸ'¹ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
ðŸ'¹ Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
ðŸ'¹ High school diploma or equivalent; Degree from a vocational school or BSc/BA in business administration or facility management will be an advantage.
