Summary:
This role is mainly to support the Supply Chain Department in Supplier Qualification and Administration related matters.
Key Deliverables:
- Supplier Registration: Completing Supplier registrations/ reevaluation on time after due process and ensure all change request verification is conducted as per requirements
- Document Completeness and Storage: Storage of necessary documents related to vendor registration according to vendor criticality level in GEP SMART and available for audit at all time.
- Vendor Master Data Integrity: Manage the integrity and up to date of vendor master data. Ensure the data between GEP and SAP are accurate at all time.
- Engagements with Stakeholders & other SCM Functions: Work effectively within a team, contributions to group projects and willingness to assist colleagues and fostering a positive team environment.
- Department Coordination: Support for SCM Department Administration.
Requirements:
- A recent graduate of Bachelor Degree in Business Admin, Logistic, Administration or equivalent.
- Temporary contract for 3 months (possible extension).
- Able to start immediately.
- Basic Microsoft Office computer skills to receive / store / share documents and expedite internally.
- Have good English & Malay communication skills to liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers to expedite documentations submission,
