Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Ipoh for an Administrative Assistant at Sai Tech Printings. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing and organizing paperwork, handling phone calls and correspondence, coordinating meetings and appointments, and providing general administrative support to the team. The Administrative Assistant will also assist in maintaining office supplies and equipment, managing office budgets, and maintaining filing systems.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
