Summary

Overall Function:

- Responsible for assisting the Manager in coordinating the daily tasks of EC Management via internal systems such as Enovia, SAP, Spectrum Pro/Cellfusion, and Customer system requirements such as MY LAM and SNG.

- Responsible for maintaining Monthly ECO Key Performance Indicators and Weekly EC release data.

- Responsible for presenting in the Weekly ECN Con-Call for Johor Site to Customer/Site.

- Coordinate and guarantee proper implementation of internal or external ECN.

- Monitor all phases of an ECN implementation, from receiving the request from the customer, validating change impacts, confirming requirements with all functions, and gathering approvals before implementation.

- Manage and ensure the accuracy of customer AML in SAP.

Detailed Description Duties and Responsibilities

1. Analyze Customer Changes for site impact for every Enovia ECs release.
2. Decide the disposition tools for ECs released based on Customer Disposition change.
3. Monitor the MM submission for Halb and Fert items successfully updated in the system.
4. Maintain the Input Placement for all Planning Assembly releases based on site Manufacturing Engineer decision.
5. Chair weekly ECO Meetings with Customers.
6. Bridge the Enovia ECs based on the depletion date as per EC meeting decision.
7. Verify the completeness and accuracy of the ECs bridging to SAP.
8. Check I-Doc errors after ECs bridging, if any.
9. Maintain BOM routing and Component Allocation in SAP.
10. Refresh the routing for every MIP going to release.
11. Troubleshoot and solve any system issues and liaise with IT Support on any problems regarding BOM issues.
12. Study new project enhancements such as Auto Sort string and Auto BOM Template.
13. Comply with any additional assignments as directed by superior.
14. Process all internal and external ECN requests. Coordinate activities with Work cell staff. Receive and interpret changes requested.
15. Update SAP for BOM, AVL, new part numbers, and drawings.
16. Maintain % BOM accuracy.
17. Manage effectivity dates for BOM in SAP in conjunction with planning.
18. Coordinate weekly CCB meetings with PDX site and daily CCB meetings with the internal team.

Physical Demands

Duties of this position are performed in a normal office environment. Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data. Repetitive manual movements (e.g., data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc.) are frequently required. Occasional travel may be required.

Typical Experience

• Experience and/or understanding of BOM multi-level structure.
• Basics of Supply Chain, MRP, and MPS.
• Excellent analytical skills with a good work ethic and verifiable track record.
• Advanced PC skills, proficient in Excel and SAP.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).

Typical Education

Bachelor’s degree required. Engineering or equivalent years of experience.
