Site Reliability Engineer (Fully remote)

Due to further expansion, we are seeking an  SRE to help us to continue to dominate one of the most buoyant, fastest-growing industries, that is changing the world and the speed at which we receive items.

LineTen is a new approach to delivery with a free carrier API and an operations management platform for shippers. We're building the first global data-driven last-mile network that has the potential to solve industry-wide problems.

We are looking for an  SRE to join our team in SE Asia to ensure global coverage of our products. You'll help keep systems running across Azure, maintain the CI/CD pipelines engineers depend on daily, and make the hard calls on reliability vs. velocity tradeoffs. You'll work closely with product engineers and have real autonomy over how we build and operate infrastructure.

• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production

• IaC proficiency — you write modules, not just apply existing ones (terraform preferred)

• Hands-on Azure experience — networking, storage, and core platform services

• GitOps fluency (ArgoCD preferred)

• Experience debugging production incidents end-to-end

• Comfortable operating with minimal process in a fast-moving team

• A software engineering background: you approach infrastructure as a software problem. C#/.NET exposure is a plus

What you'll do

• Own and evolve our Kubernetes platform — cluster management, networking, scaling, and reliability

• Manage infrastructure-as-code with Terraform across Azure environments (and AWS)

• Run GitOps deployments via ArgoCD and Helm

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines

• Define and track SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs across our services

• Drive observability: alerting, dashboards, incident response, and post-mortems

• Improve on-call processes — reduce team burden while improving response times

• Build scripts and tooling to automate tasks across engineering, ops, and support

• Set platform standards and raise the infrastructure bar for the whole engineering org

• Handle the broad scope that comes with a small team — you'll wear multiple hats

• Provide training, support, and resources to enable engineering teams to self-serve

What We're Not Looking For

• Someone who can't collaborate — you'll be one of three, opinions and communication matter

• Task-oriented operators: We are looking for proactive problem solvers, not ticket-takers. We expect you to confidently navigate ambiguity, identify root causes independently, and own incidents end-to-end.

• Someone expecting a mature platform — you'll be improving it, not maintaining a finished product
