Position: Associate – Interpretation Support (Medical Project)
Role: English & Mandarin Interpreter
Location: Work From Home (Orientation / equipment collection in Cyberjaya)
Working Schedule
- 5 working days per week
- Saturday & Sunday off
- Night Shift: 9PM–6AM / 10PM–7AM
- May support rotational 24/7 shifts based on business needs
- Shift allowance provided
Salary & Allowances
- Total package: Up to RM5,700+
- Basic Salary: Up to RM5,000
- Night Shift Allowance: Up to RM550+
- WIFI Allowance: RM150/month

Job Responsibilities
As an Over-the-Phone Interpreter (OPI), you will:
- Provide accurate consecutive interpretation between English and Mandarin speakers
- Support medical, insurance, emergency, and customer service calls
- Maintain professionalism, neutrality, and confidentiality during live calls
- Handle sensitive or urgent situations calmly
- Follow interpreter protocols, QA standards, and coaching feedback
- Ensure high accuracy and cultural understanding in communication
Requirements
Fluent in Mandarin and English (B2+/C1 level)
Strong listening and communication skills
Able to work night shifts independently
Good emotional control during stressful or emergency calls
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality awareness
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
