What You’ll Do (Your Mission):
- Be the Automation Expert: Understand client needs and showcase how Wecon’s innovative products (PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, IoT) drive their success.
- Product Showcases: Deliver engaging product demos and technical presentations (both in-person and online).
- Drive Sales Growth: Proactively discover new market opportunities, exceed sales targets, and expand our client base in Malaysia.
- Build Lasting Relationships: Maintain strong, trusted bonds with industrial clients to secure repeat business and referrals.
- Market Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies to offer smart, value-driven solutions.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Tech-Savvy Mindset: Background or strong interest in Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Tech, or Industrial Automation (able to simplify complex technical ideas).
- Natural Communicator: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to deal with engineers, managers, and business owners smoothly.
- Sales Drive: You love the thrill of closing a deal while delivering real value and top-tier customer service.
- Team Player & Adaptable: Collaborative, open to learning, and capable of adjusting to fast-paced market changes.
- Mobility: Possession of own transport and willingness to travel for client visits is preferred.
