What if you could put the customer at the heart of everything you do?

To provide back office administrative and customer care support to the operating companies to achieve the overall company’s objectives.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting and supporting the customer service department with any enquiries and requests from clients.
  • Handling incoming calls and managing incoming and outgoing mails via courier service.
  • Providing guidance to clients, agents, and marketers on motor underwriting related matters via verbal and written communication.
  • Assisting the claims department with enquiries and following up on claims matters and settlements.
  • Communicating with underwriting, marketing, and accounting departments on claim-related matters.
  • Assisting with Cross-Selling P lines products.
  • Following up on Renewal Policies for direct clients.
  • Sending reminders on outstanding premiums and/or bad debts to the agents within 45 days of premium warranty in accordance with the credit control policy.
  • Maintaining accurate, up-to-date agency outstanding and collection records.
  • Assisting and carrying out work related to the Account Department.

Important to your success:

  • Degree or Postgraduate in Business Studies, Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Economic studies.
  • Graduates and talents with up to 2 years of relevant work experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High learning agility and work efficiency.
  • Strong computer application skills, e.g., Microsoft Office or any other system experience is desirable but not necessary.
  • Good verbal, written, and communication skills.
