About The Job

• Understand market demand, perform market research and develop a feasible leasing plan for the mall
• Develop rapport with tenants, stakeholders, retailers and business partners
• Source new and suitable tenants in line with the tenant mix planning
• Conceptualize and develop strategies that will increase the occupancy of the mall
• Negotiate lease terms and conditions, including rental rates, lease duration, and any special considerations
• Collaborate with legal team/solicitor to ensure lease agreements comply with regulations and safeguard the interests of all parties

Skills And Experience Required

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
• Min. 5 years of retail leasing experience
