Job Descriptions:

  1. Play an integral role in new business pitches, enhancing current accounts, and hold responsibility for the effective onboarding of new clients towards achieving sales targets and Company KPIs.
  2. Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through formulation and driving of effective Sales & Marketing Plans and Strategies (short, mid & long term) to grow local and overseas businesses.
  3. Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business.
  4. Act as the lead point of contact between the customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
  5. Managing account activities with assigned customers and ensure successful sales closure with strong and long-term customer relationships and satisfaction.
  6. Plan and execute business-related events.
  7. Prepare Business Plan, Sales Lead presentations, management sales-related reports and documents for purpose of sales activities (including quotations, proposals, etc.).
  8. Ability to conduct market research and perform analysis in the Mechanical/Electrical industry.
  9. Oversees the planning, executing, and tracking of programs from a high-level view that allows understanding how projects fit into the organization and how they can be best executed simultaneously.
  10. Any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time as deemed necessary.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Marketing/Engineering/Electronics or related discipline.
  2. Minimum 5 years of Sales/Business Development experience in the manufacturing environment; experience in the Electronic Manufacturing Service Industry would be an added advantage.
  3. Demonstrate ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
