Job Responsibility
- Responsible for the activities associated with the transportation of goods for Customers.
- Efficient transport planning.
- Track deliveries and trucks via GPS
- .Respond to service requests timely.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving safety, service and operational issues.Review driver performance, attendance.
- Respond to customer queried/ complaints/ feedbacks on a timely basis.
- Assist/ oversee the daily scheduling activities.Ensure all deliveries are completed on a daily basis.
- Candidate must posses at least SPM level or equivalent in any fields.
- Must be computer literate in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Able to communicate in BM, English and Mandarin-Responsible, well manner & willing to learn.
- Can work as a team
- Yearly bonus.
