Role Description As a Takaful Planner at PruBSN, you will support clients in identifying their protection and financial needs and recommend suitable family takaful solutions that align with their goals and values.

You will conduct consultations, prepare proposals, explain plan benefits and conditions, and assist clients through the application, underwriting, and onboarding processes.

On a day-to-day basis, you will maintain regular contact with clients, provide policy reviews, handle basic service requests, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. You will also participate in sales and service campaigns, attend training and development sessions, and adhere to regulatory and Shariah-compliance requirements.

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Petaling Jaya, with a combination of in-office work and some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Strong client-facing skills, including clear communication, active listening, and the ability to build long-term professional relationships.
• Sales and business development capabilities, such as prospecting, presenting solutions, and achieving individual and team targets in a financial or insurance setting.
• Analytical and planning skills to assess client needs, prepare suitable takaful proposals, and review coverage regularly.
• Organizational and administrative skills for managing documentation, follow-ups, and compliance with regulatory and Shariah requirements.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, demonstrating resilience, integrity, and a customer-focused mindset.
• Prior experience in insurance, takaful, banking, or financial services is an advantage.
• Minimum diploma or degree in any field; relevant professional certifications in financial planning or takaful are beneficial.
• Comfort with digital tools and online platforms for client engagement, remote work, and continuous learning.
