LAPASAR is a leading B2B wholesale platform that commenced its operations in 2018, with an initial focus on the corporate segment. Leading customers such as Telekom Malaysia, PETRONAS, and Tenaga Nasional Berhad rely on our platform to obtain essential goods for their daily operations, including laptops, projectors, office furniture, and more.
Recognizing the potential to expand our services, in 2020 we began to broaden our services to Mom and Pop shops, enabling these small entrepreneurs to easily order their supplies through user-friendly applications and platforms. Currently, the FMCG wholesale segment has become the core of Lapasar's business and growth. Our main objective is to onboard over 100,000 Mom and Pop shops and restaurants across Malaysia onto our mobile application, streamlining their daily stock ordering process and making it easier and more convenient.

Responsibilities
- Guiding customers into the LAPASAR Application
- Guiding customers about company policies
- Actively seeking new customers to register
- Able to follow company guidelines and targets
- Maintaining monthly targets set by the company
- Updating daily reports to the company on calls and daily outcomes
- Creating a customer base for newly launched products.
Qualifications
- Ability to work within tight deadlines.
- Capable of following company guidelines and targets.
- Building deep knowledge of products and markets.
- Planning before visiting shops by setting appointments.
- Daily follow-up with new and existing customers via phone if necessary.
- Self-development in sales and enhancing self-reliance.
- Must be willing to move flexibly in Johor Bahru.
