We are looking for Non-tech Recruitment Manager (Sales & Marketing) to join the highly professional HQ-team.

We are looking for a person who is:

• Passionate about recruitment and targeting highly qualified candidates;
• Capable of becoming a partner for the internal customer and finding a win-win solution when searching for candidates on the highly competitive market;
• Experienced to search directly and target passive candidates using different ways and sources;
• An inventor of new ways of finding talents;
• Experienced in hiring of Sales & Marketing roles;
• Upper-Intermediate/Advanced English is a must.

The person will be responsible for:

• Recruitment for KL HQ and CIS countries;
• Working closely with the Multinational Senior Management team directly;
• Acting as the main recruiting contact for Hiring Managers and Internal and external candidates. Develop sound business relationships with internal clients to achieve stated goals;
• Supporting Hiring managers as their strategic talent acquisition subject matter expert and direct line recruiter for all levels of requisitions;
• Searching, identifying, and placing candidates for middle and senior roles;
• Identifying market trends and creating market mapping for open searches;
• Attracting candidates using various sources and job boards including social media networks;
• Different projects related to cross-HR scope.
