Key Responsibilities

  • Hunter role - Revenue generation for Malaysia market (own client base ispreferable)
  • Managing and developing assigned key client accounts
  • Carrying out market mapping, market survey, customer profiling, exploring new opportunities in the market
  • Keeping an eye on competitors’ business / sales strategy, customers base
  • Updating management on market trends, movement & dynamics
  • Timely money realization & credit / outstanding control
  • Preparing and executing strategy for developing market share and profitability
  • Self-motivated and manages effectively in a team environment

Experience/Skills Requirements

  • 2-4 years of sales work experience in freight forwarding industry in Sea & Air Freight, courier services and e-commerce
  • Minimum holding of a diploma or degree certificate
  • Good communication skills
  • Conceptual and Analytical skills
  • Team player
