Key Responsibilities
- Hunter role - Revenue generation for Malaysia market (own client base ispreferable)
- Managing and developing assigned key client accounts
- Carrying out market mapping, market survey, customer profiling, exploring new opportunities in the market
- Keeping an eye on competitors’ business / sales strategy, customers base
- Updating management on market trends, movement & dynamics
- Timely money realization & credit / outstanding control
- Preparing and executing strategy for developing market share and profitability
- Self-motivated and manages effectively in a team environment
Experience/Skills Requirements
- 2-4 years of sales work experience in freight forwarding industry in Sea & Air Freight, courier services and e-commerce
- Minimum holding of a diploma or degree certificate
- Good communication skills
- Conceptual and Analytical skills
- Team player
