- Resolve Tenant Issues and Facilitate Communication: Address escalated tenant disputes related to sales and services, and serve as the main point of contact between tenants and relevant departments within the company.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing: Work with the Sales Promotion department to ensure marketing strategies align with sales objectives and overall business goals, while also planning and developing events, activities, and campaigns.
- Prepare and Analyze Reports: Generate and analyze monthly sales, credit reports, and relevant statistics for management review, and conduct monthly sales report meetings with managers and staff.
- Support Tenant Business Models and Performance: Understand tenants' business models to provide operational support and intelligence, identify opportunities for sales and service enhancement, and make recommendations for contract extensions or terminations.
- Develop Procedures and Compliance Standards: Create standard operating procedures for quick tenant issue resolution and ensure contract and operational compliance to meet business and customer expectations.
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in the mall industry, specifically in marketing, merchandising, or tenancy-related fields
