Production Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

1. Supervise all housekeeping and cleaning activities to maintain a safe and clean plant environment.
2. Plan and allocate manpower for daily and urgent housekeeping tasks
3. Ensure housekeeping tasks are carried out according to safety procedures, including compliance with HIRARC, SWP, and plant safety regulations.
4. Verify workers attendance during daily roll call and ensure proper use of PPE and safe work practices
5. Prepare JHR and HIRARC before any cleaning work begins.
6. Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with company policies.
7. Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for cleaning near operating equipment.
8. Assist in implementing LOTOTO procedures when cleaning work is carried out during maintenance activities.
9. Ensure safe cleaning practices near operating equipment, especially in high-risk areas such as conveyors, crushers and kilns.
10. Ensure all housekeeping tools and equipment are properly maintained and safely used.
11. Report equipment damage, abnormal conditions or safety hazards to the immediate Superior or Safety Manager
12. Prepare and submit daily housekeeping reports.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum SPM or Diploma in Operations Management or a related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of working experience in related field
3. Responsible and able to work independently with minimal supervision
4. Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
5. Basic computer skills (e.g Microsoft Excel / Word) for reporting and documentation.
