- Managing accounts payable tasks such as vendor payments invoice processing and expenses tracking.
- Supervising accounts receivable responsibilities including client invoicing payment tracking and collections.
- Assisting in creating annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Preparing and maintaining accurate financial statements including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements.
- Providing financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
; JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum qualification of Diploma in Accounting or any related field.
- Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin.
- Extensive understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel.
- Independent, self-motivated and effective time management skills.
