Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Human Resources Executive with LKC HOLDING SDN BHD in Pelabuhan Klang. As a Human Resources Executive, you will be responsible for day-to-day HR management and operations, employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Studies/Administration / Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Experienced in related field 3- 5years.
- Computer literate.
- Proficient in multi-language. Mainly able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Fast learner, able to multitask and details oriented.
Responsibilities
i) Handle recruitment from sourcing and processing candidates based on request until on-boarding process
ii) In charge of payroll Administration and statutory including checking of overtime and daily attendance, ensure zero mistake and timely payout
iii) Liaison with government bodies such as MPK, MPKL, LUAS, APAD, JPJ and etc for license or permit renewal andapproval
iv) Monitor and keep track renewal of GHS & PA for staff and drivers
v) Handling misconduct and involve in disciplinary process such as issuance of show cause and warning letter
vi) Work hand in hand with Safety personnel in training and development especially for ISO requirements including applying HRDCorp grant
vii) In charge of vehicle insurance and other administration task such as phone bills, stationery and pantry item ordering.
viii) Foreign workers management - liaise with agent for arrival, FOMEMA, renewal of working permit and hostel
ix) Other task such as â drafting Memo, submitting SOCSO claims, handling JTK matters, maintain good filing system, arrange donation collection for demise and etc
x) Other ad-hoc jobs when required by the Management from time to time.
