Marketing & Client Servicing Executive

- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and support day-to-day communication (replying to briefs, following up, and keeping things moving)_
- Understand client briefs and develop campaign proposals across events, activations, and creative ideas_
- Help coordinate between clients and our internal creative and production teams to ensure deliverables are aligned with client expectations_
- Assist in managing timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination across the full campaign process from ideation to sourcing and onsite execution__
- Help coordinate event logistics for roadshows, product launches, annual dinners, exhibitions, and brand activations_
; JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 1–3 years of experience in an agency, events company or marketing role.__
- Fresh grads with solid internship experience are welcome_
- Can handle a few things at once without dropping the ball_
- Good in English and BM; Mandarin is a bonus_
- Comfortable putting together PowerPoint presentations for client proposals__
- Knows your way around Microsoft Office. Canva or basic design tools are a plus!_
