- Driving sales target achievement and ensure project success through cross-functional collaboration.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships to foster potential business opportunities.
- Manage client expectations for projects, events, or exhibitions.
- Generate sales leads, leveraging marketing support and external cues.
- Conduct project site visits, gather feedback, and explore new client engagements.
- Participate in networking events to secure new business.
- Collaborate with clients on project details, design concepts, and exhibition requirements.
- Budgeting, cost management, and tender document preparation.
- Support project delivery oversight and operational issue resolution.
- Address additional ad-hoc team requirements.
- Minimum Degree/Diploma, preferably in Events/Hospitality/Construction Management.
- Prior experience in event / exhibition / tradeshow project management or any related industry. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply -- showcase your enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and relevant skills/experiences gained during studies and internships.
- Technical knowledge in conceptual design drawing and floor plans.
- Frequent travel is required; owning a vehicle is a must.
- Able to travel outstation and overseas independently.
- Able to work during weekends and public holidays when necessary.
- Required languages: English, Malay and Mandarin.**
- Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/Project.
- Good communication skills. Pragmatic, meticulous, and multitasker.
- Knowledge of furniture, materials, and finishes will be an added advantage.
