Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Admin cum HR Associate at Scentses + Co located in USJ 1, Subang Jaya with accessible to the South Quay-USJ 1 BRT station. The Admin cum HR Associate will be responsible for HR management and operations, including training and development. Additionally, the role will involve communication and other administrative tasks to support the HR department.
Job Scope
- Responsible for the administration and personnel matters of the company.
- Assist in account & Book keeping work.
- Responsible for daily accounting activities such as check and verify supplier's invoices, issue payment voucher
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
- Prepare training & development plan for employees.
- Prepare all related HR letters e. g: offer letter, confirmation letter.
- Responsible on daily HR functions of the company, HR policies, compensation and benefit and other HR job functions.
- To manage employee monthly claim, medical record and leave application.
- Perform full life-cycle recruitment activities including screening, interview, selection and offering.
- To manage in performance management process e.g monitor staff confirmation, contract renewal tracking, KPI.
- Handling and advice the management on new ideas to retain employees, suggesting new event/activities for the employee within the company.
- Assist in any ad-hoc tasks as assigned as and when required by the superior.
Requirement:
- Possess at least Diploma in HR or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in relevant working position.
- Required language(s): Good in English, Bahasa Malaysia and knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Possess strong leadership qualities with good organizing skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently.
