Roles and Responsibility ( Program Operations Executive Intern)

• Program Support: Assist in the development of training schedules, including timelines, trainer and resource allocation, under the guidance of senior staff.
• Student Engagement: Support the onboarding process for new students, helping to organise orientation sessions and prepare resource packets.
• Trainer Coordination: Assist in recruiting and onboarding trainers/facilitators, and provide them with ongoing support.
• Stakeholder Communication: Help maintain effective communication with participants, sponsors, and other stakeholders, ensuring they are informed of program progress.
• Budgeting Assistance: Support budget monitoring and resource management efforts, contributing to basic financial reporting.
• Event and Logistics Support: Assist in coordinating logistics for program events, from venue selection to post-event evaluation.
• Monitoring and Reporting: Support the monitoring of program progress and contribute to the preparation of reports on program status.
• Quality Improvement Initiatives: Participate in the collection and analysis of feedback for program improvement.
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program related to Education, Business Administration, English Language, Corporate Communications or a relevant field.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Suite.
• Interest in learning about and applying GPT and other AI tools to enhance program efficiency.
• Eagerness to learn digital tools and platforms for operation automation and digitisation.

Roles and Responsibility ( Marketing Executive Intern )

• Content Creation: Develop and execute a content strategy that includes posts, reels, videos, and infographics tailored for different social media platforms.
• Social Media Management: Manage and grow our presence on social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others, understanding the unique communication style of each platform.
• Website Development: Collaborate with the web development team to ensure our website is always up-to-date, engaging, and optimised for user experience and SEO.
• Video Editing: Produce and edit high-quality video content that aligns with our brand's message and audience's interests.
• Analytics: Monitor and analyse the performance of digital marketing campaigns and adjust strategies based on data insights.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in content creation for social media, website content development, and multimedia editing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful digital marketing projects, including social media campaigns, website development, and multimedia content.
• High proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software.

Roles and Responsibility ( Business Development Intern )

• Meeting Coordination: Attend strategic meetings, take accurate minutes, prepare agendas, and develop presentation decks to support business development efforts.
• Follow-up Communications: Manage follow-ups after meetings to ensure all action items are addressed promptly and effectively.
• Cold Calling and Emailing: Conduct cold calls and send emails to potential clients or partners as part of our outreach strategies.
• Community Building: Engage with and expand the AI community, particularly within educational sectors, to foster interest and participation in our programs.
• Event Organization: Plan and execute AI-related school events, handling all logistical aspects to ensure successful implementation.
• Active School Participation: Represent the company in various school activities, leveraging these platforms for networking and promotion of our AI initiatives.
• Continuous Updates: Keep the supervising manager informed with regular updates on project progress and critical feedback from community interactions.
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's program in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in student organizations, particularly in leadership roles.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint for creating impactful presentations.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive, responsible, and keen on continuous learning and development.
• Passion for AI technology and its applications in business and education.
• Must have own transport to facilitate travel to meetings and events.
